                લસણના મુળના સડાનો રોગ અથવા ડુંગળીના કાંદાનો સડો:

   આ રોગ લસણ અને ડુંગળીના પાકમાં ફયુઝેરીયમ ઓકસીસ્પોરમ નામની ફુગથી થાય છે.

                     લક્ષણો :

                                            રોગકારક ફુગનો ચેપ મૂળ દ્વારા લાગે છે. નબળા અને ઈજાગ્રસ્ત મૂળમાં રોગનો ચેપ વધુ લાગે છે તેથી મુળ સડી જાય છે. કંદમાં પણ ચેપ લાગે છે તેથી પોષકતત્વો અને પાણી કંદને ન મળવાથી ચીમળાઈ ને સડી જાય છે. આ રોગ પાણી મારફત એક જગ્યાએથી બીજી જગ્યાએ ફેલાય છે. તાપમાન વધવાથી આ રોગની તીવ્રતા વધે છે.

                    નિયંત્રણ :

એક જ જમીનમાં એક નો એક પાક ન લેતા, પાકની ફેરબદલી કરવી.

ઉનાળામાં જમીન ખેડી તપાવવી.

ઈજાગ્રસ્ત કે રોગીષ્ટ કંદ કે કળીઓનો વાવેતરમાં ઉપયોગ કરવો નહી.

ડુંગળીના ધરૂને ૦.૧ ટકા કાર્બન્ડેઝીમના દ્રાવણમાં બોળીને ફેર રોપણી કરવી તેમજ ફેર રોપણી કરેલ પાકમાં આ રોગના લક્ષાણો જણાય તો ૦.૧ ટકા કાર્બન્ડેઝીમના દ્રાવણને નિતારવાથી ખુબજ સારી રીતે રોગનું નિયંત્રણ થઈ શકે છે.

પાકને નિયમિત પિયત આપવું.

                         Garlic root rot or Onion bulb rot:

  The disease is caused by a fungus called Fusarium oxysporum in garlic and onion crops.

        Features:

                                            The disease seems to be transmitted by fungi. Longevity and seem to be more susceptible to severe disease so root rot. Tubers also undergo infection, so nutrients and water are leached from the tubers and rot. The disease is live from one lake to another through water. As death increases, so does the severity of the disease.

            

Control:

Crop rotation, not taking one crop at a time in the same land.

Cultivating the land in summer.

Do not use injured or diseased tubers or buds in planting.

The disease can be controlled very well by dipping onion stalks in 0.1 percent carbendazim solution and if the symptoms of this disease are found in the re-planted crop, applying 0.1 percent carbendzim solution.

Irrigate crops regularly.
